What is Open Bulletin?
Open Bulletin is a periodical public notice of these Open Research publications, whereby Muellners Foundation disseminates open source literature such as position papers, public discussion papers on different Internet platforms.
Open Bulletin is a peer-reviewed, open access, multidisciplinary Open Research journal, maintained by Muellners Foundation.
Open Bulletin contains downloadable open source and verifiable research literature, and periodical excerpts from the published research on this site.
Open Bulletin generally covers subjects of research, marked by Muellners Foundation, and fulfils Foundation’s Objectives:
